If required, our scientific partners provide their expertise, for example in the development of strategic concepts, methodological considerations and the development of content. They often prepare high-quality management reports or in-depth statistical analyses based on survey and feedback results. They are also happy to provide presentations and advice at management level.

With the support of our scientific partners, we guarantee our customers outstanding expertise, many years of experience and the fulfillment of the highest quality standards in all projects.

Our first scientific partner was Professor emeritus Dr. Jürgen Schultz-Gambard, who is also co-founder of Cubia AG. Until his retirement, he taught at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.

Dr. Kaschube studied communication sciences, psychology and political science at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and obtained his habilitation and venia legendi for psychology in 2003.

After working as a researcher at the LMU Munich and the Bundeswehr University Munich, among others, he has been working as a senior consultant for Cubia AG since 2012. His research and consulting focuses on the development of managers and junior managers, strategic human resources and talent management, employee surveys and other methods of organizational development, as well as assumption of responsibility and compliance in organizations.

Prof. Hormel studied psychology at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and received his doctorate in occupational psychology (Dr. rer. pol.) from the University of Kassel in 1993. Since then, he has worked as a consultant and was a professor of human resources management and occupational and organizational psychology at the University of Applied Management in Erding. He has been a senior consultant at Cubia AG since 2014. His consulting focuses on risk assessments of psychological stress in the workplace (BGM), employee surveys, team and department development, and management development.

Employee Surveys and Focus on Digitalization

Prof. Kunze studied administrative science (with a focus on organizational studies and management) at the University of Konstanz and received his doctorate in business administration from the University of St. Gallen in 2010. After working in academic settings in the USA, among other places, he was appointed professor of “Organizational Studies” at the University of Konstanz in 2014. In addition to his work as a senior consultant at Cubia AG, he is also a freelance consultant, trainer and keynote speaker. His research and consulting focuses on new work, evidence-based human resource management strategies, effective leadership behavior in organizations, as well as employee surveys and methods of organizational development.
