Our Board
The Cubia AG board of directors consists of three members who jointly shape the company’s strategic development. Matthias Diete is a founding member of Cubia AG. Tobias Mengis and Marco Meister joined the board following the merger of Cubia AG with the atwork Group in 2026. Together, they combine Cubia’s long-standing strength in complex and customized projects with the expanded capabilities of the atwork Group in the SaaS and platform sector.
The Cubia Board Members Are:
Matthias Diete
Matthias Diete studied business administration and information science and, after working in industry and consulting, co-founded Cubia AG in 2000. He developed Cubia into an established provider for complex and highly customized projects in Germany and expanded its offerings with the merger with the atwork Group to include additional SaaS and platform solutions.
Tobias Mengis
Tobias Mengis is a business economist with many years of experience in the Swiss HR and media sectors. For many years, as Managing Director and Head of Sales, he played a key role in shaping HR Today and the expansion of HR FESTIVAL Europe. Since 2023, he has been responsible for sales and expansion in the DACH region at atwork and will continue to focus on these areas as a member of the Executive Board of Cubia AG from September 2026.
Marco Meister
Marco Meister is an entrepreneur and founder of the atwork Group with many years of experience in employee engagement, people analytics, and HR tech. As CEO, he is responsible for the strategy, growth, and further development of the atwork Group, as well as the targeted expansion of the atwork platform in line with customer needs and Cubia’s expertise. He has been a member of the Executive Board of Cubia AG since September 2026.
