Our Board

Matthias Diete studied business administration and information science. After working in industry and management consulting, he co-founded Cubia AG in 2000 with partners – with the aim of designing employee surveys and feedback processes that are both scientifically sound and consistently practical.

In addition to managing the company, a key focus of his work lies at the intersection of methodology and technology: the further development of the Cubia survey platform, the design of 360° feedback processes, and the question of how survey results actually lead to change.

For over two decades, he has supported companies and public organizations in survey and development projects and regularly publishes articles on employee surveys, leadership, and organizational development.
