Brief Overview
360 Degree Feedback Process
- Contract processing agreement: Before we begin, we clarify the data protection framework conditions with a detailed coordination of the contract processing agreement.
- Questionnaire development: Together with our customers, we develop the feedback questionnaire or adopt existing templates.
- Questionnaire programming: The questionnaires are technically implemented in our system.
- Determination of perspective groups: Together, we define the relevant perspective groups, e.g. feedback on superiors, colleagues, employees and customers, etc. Minimum numbers of participants (evaluation limits) are then determined, which should also ensure anonymity and meaningful results. The feedback from the manager is usually always an individual evaluation, as is the self-assessment.
- Participant data management: We provide a template or website on which the feedback givers and recipients are entered. We then import the data into our Cubia system.
- Coordination of invitations: The content and timing of the email invitations and reminders are coordinated with the customer.
- Test mailing: Before the official start, a test mailing is carried out to check access.
- Implementation of the feedback: The feedback round begins with the sending of an email invitation, including the later sending of reminders to people who have not yet participated. Our customers are given a link that allows them to track the participation rate.
- Evaluation: Once the feedback has been completed, the data is calculated and the report is prepared.
- Report creation: The results are made available in clear and easy-to-understand reports via the Cubia Tresor download portal.
- Feedback and coaching sessions: Finally, our experts offer – depending on the booking and the service point in the offer – individual feedback and coaching sessions to interpret the results and identify development potential.
- Additional services: Summary reports from several groups of participants are possible, as are follow-up workshops such as “Train the Trainer”.
