Study on Feedback by and to Employers from an Employee Perspective

A study developed by Cubia examined the situation regarding feedback among employers from an employee perspective.

The 2023 study was based on a survey of 1,338 employees, with 1,038 working in private companies and 300 in the public sector. Employees attach great importance to classic characteristics of good feedback, and the reality reflects this for the majority of respondents, who rate their feedback experiences as good or fairly good in quality.

The results show that open communication and the recognition of employee opinions have a positive effect on employee loyalty and satisfaction. Furthermore, the conclusion presents recommendations for optimizing feedback processes for improved organizational development and feedback culture.
