Management Report Presentation by a Cubia Expert
The management report is a special and particularly valuable service within the framework of the employee survey.
This comprehensive report, prepared and presented by Cubia experts specifically for the customer, contains a variety of analyses, statistical calculations, tips and recommendations.
It is an excellent basis for strategic results analysis in management/HR management.
The management report usually includes, among other things:
- Analysis and presentation of conspicuous results at the overall company level
- Topic-related analyses
- Comparison with external benchmarks where possible
- Analysis of strengths and problem areas
- Summary interpretation of employee survey results
- Derivation of strategic advice and recommendations for action
External Benchmarks
Further analyses (e.g. causal relationships, driver analyses, indices, etc.) are possible on request and can be agreed upon with the client’s project management.
Recommendations for Action
Based on the analysis of the results of the employee survey and on his expertise and experience, the Cubia expert suggests measures that are suitable for implementing the identified need for action. He explains these to the management and HR department (project management) as part of the presentation of the results.

Sustainability
Monitoring of Follow-Up Measures
When processing employee surveys and risk assessments of psychological stress in the workplace, Cubia AG’s customers are often faced with the situation that a large number of individual follow-up measures must be planned, coordinated and documented. The management of the individual measures often lies with the respective managers. This raises the question for HR managers of how transparency can be achieved about the measures taken locally.
Cubia Follow-Up Tool
The software solution developed by Cubia AG is based on an internet-based process in which the central control and query function for the follow-up measures taken is carried out by the project management of the employee survey. The responsible managers document the measures they have initiated in the system. The project management can view the measures entered and query them in statistics.
The operation is intuitive and possible without instructions, manuals, etc.
Presentation of “positive models” and “best practice sharing”
Using a best practice feature in the Cubia Follow-Up Tool, managers can exchange information about successful measures across the organization and benefit from each other’s experiences. The best practice feature thus supports hierarchy-independent collaboration and cross-departmental cooperation within the organization.
Internal Marketing of Successes
Communicate your successes internally! An employee survey will – if planned, carried out and evaluated correctly – bring about many small and large changes and improvements.
Your Cubia project manager will be happy to help you communicate these successes internally.

Follow-Up Surveys to Identify Trends
An employee survey conducted today will reveal important insights into the current state of the organization and guide improvements.
A recurring employee survey will then make it possible to measure and identify the extent to which these measures have been successful and where the major trends in the employees’ perceptions are heading. This will enable you to identify positive and possibly undesirable or dangerous tendencies at an early stage and to professionally monitor countermeasures.
Cubia is pleased to have many long-standing and successful customer relationships in which we are able to accompany positive developments – we would be happy to follow this path together with you.
