REDI – Readiness of Employees for Digitalization

Increasing digitalization does not only determine the success of companies. It also changes the way many employees work. Qualifying and motivating them is necessary in order to make the digital transformation a success. This is where the REDI questionnaire comes in: By analyzing the digital skills and motivation of employees, it reveals their digital status and shows where specific action is needed.

Scientifically Based – Applicable in Practice

REDI is based on research into “digital fluency” by Cubia’s scientific partner Prof. Dr. Florian Kunze (Chair of Organizational Studies at the University of Konstanz). “Digital fluency” is understood as the ability to reliably achieve desired goals with the help of digital technologies. In REDI, nine different topic areas are assessed by employees using 42 questions.

REDI analyzes and visualizes the feedback from your employees and thus determines their digital status quo. The REDI manual for interpreting the results helps you to correctly classify the results in the company context. Included recommendations for action support you in planning improvement measures.
