Managed Survey Operations
1. Concept:
You send us the completed questionnaire (e.g., as an .lss file for LimeSurvey or Excel for ODK) or we program it for you. Alternatively, our experts will be happy to develop your questionnaire for a planned employee survey.
2. Implementation:
We set up an isolated, hardened technical instance for your project (no shared tenancy with other customers).
3. Field phase/survey:
The survey link goes live (e.g., your-company.cubia.com/).
We monitor performance and security around the clock.
Optionally, we can also take care of sending invitations to your employees by email.
4. Data transfer:
Upon completion, you will receive the raw data (SPSS, CSV, R) back in encrypted form.
Optionally, we can create high-quality reports for you.
The instance is then deleted in accordance with the GDPR.
