Cubia AG Supports Scientific Study on Management-Employee Communication
Managers communicate in 80% of their working time (Neuberger, 2002) – this shows how essential communication is between managers and employees.
Cubia AG supports a study by Goethe University Frankfurt that deals with this topic.
The study examines the extent to which the fit between the individual communication styles of managers and employees affects various work-related and individual aspects.
