The Cubia.Leading questionnaire contains 80 questions that cover ten leadership competencies that are particularly relevant to success, such as ambition, initiative, control and interaction behavior, teamwork and willingness to innovate, etc. If desired, the standard questionnaire can be supplemented with the additional module “Work-Life Balance”.
