Giving Time for Development – O​opinion Piece in Favor of a Classic Employee Survey

In the December issue of the Personalmagazin, board member Matthias Diete took the position in favor of traditional employee surveys. For him, good and responsible organizational development means giving time. He warns against survey fatigue caused by agile and instant surveys, but also makes it clear that these content-focused surveys, if cleverly designed, are neither a contradiction nor a competition to the classic “large” employee survey, which ideally provides comprehensive and in-depth information about the overall situation of the organization every two to three years.
