Employee Survey and Key Figures – Possibilities for Statistical Analysis

Employee surveys help organizations to better understand strengths and weaknesses, moods and also (dis)moods. But are they just an expression of the experience and perception of your employees?

As important as recognizing and understanding satisfaction and pride is – we at Cubia also use employee surveys as an opportunity to measure the consequences of commitment and satisfaction in an organization.

To do this, we combine the results of the employee survey with external data from the companies. We were able to establish connections between important topics of the employee survey such as learning processes, team cohesion and leadership as well as identification with sick leave, fluctuation, but also with the evaluation of performance by customers. We have found that how people in an organization think and feel has a far-reaching influence on the success of the organization. This allows targeted measures to be derived in follow-up processes on how important performance factors of the organization can be improved.
