Based on extensive analysis of our project data, we can now design employee surveys with even greater precision—whether for multinational manufacturing corporations, service providers, or the public sector. Through driver analyses, we identify standard questions that are critical across organizations, thereby answering key questions for our clients—such as which factors strengthen employee retention—providing valuable insights for employer branding and recruitment alike. Furthermore, our analyses reveal how the assessment of specific topics varies by country, allowing us to provide empirically and theoretically grounded explanations for differences between organizational locations, such as China and the USA. We also make clear distinctions based on business functions: our projects are categorized into twelve functional areas, enabling us to highlight, for instance, the factors that drive attractiveness in IT or Finance, and to pinpoint the differences between production, administration, and academic-technical sectors.
